We accept returns up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Unless defective, returns must be unused and in their original, unopened packages. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges including any taxes or duties associated with the return of an item. We do not refund the shipping charge in the event of a return, you will only be refunded the amount of the item returned. Any claims for defective material or shortages must be made within 2 days of receipt. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks from the time we receive the returned product; however, in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for purchase.
