Titan 236-024 Fluid Section Complete is a full replacement pump assembly designed for the PowrTwin 12000 Plus DI airless sprayer.
It includes all major internal components required to rebuild the fluid section, such as the displacement rod, pump cylinder, packing sets, inlet and outlet valve components, seals, O-rings, springs, cages, and associated hardware.
This assembly is responsible for drawing in material, pressurizing it, and delivering it through the sprayer. When the original fluid section becomes worn or damaged, it can cause pressure loss, leakage, or inconsistent spray output. Replacing it restores proper pumping performance, stable pressure, and reliable operation.
