Part 236-015 Fluid Section Assembly is a complete replacement pump assembly designed for compatible PowrLiner striping and PowrTwin sprayers.
It is responsible for generating and delivering pressurized coating material through the pump system, ensuring consistent flow and pressure during operation. The assembly includes all major structural, sealing, and wear components needed for a full rebuild, such as the pump housing, piston rod, inlet and outlet valve assemblies, packing sets, seals, wear sleeves, O-rings, valve components, and fastening hardware.
When the original fluid section becomes worn or damaged, it can result in pressure loss, inconsistent output, or leakage. Replacing the complete assembly restores proper pumping performance, reliable pressure control, and full system functionality.
