G15 and G40 Fine Finish Tip

Fine Finish tips are designed to give you a finer finish when you are spraying materials. The way this works is that there a two orifices inside the tip instead of one like a standard tip. The first tip breaks down the product and the second nozzle breaks it down even finer. If you are unsure about how to determine which size you will need then first determine how wide you want your spray fan to be. For example, if you want the spray fan to be 8‰Û_ wide and you are spraying a latex product then you would want a 416. The first number you double from a foot away from whatever you are spraying and the second two numbers tell you the orifice size in thousandths. So the 416 would be an 8‰Û_ fan from a foot away from the wall and the orifice size would be .016 or 16 thousandths which is perfect for spraying a finishing latex.
