Hydrax Part 2403440A Fluid Section Assembly is a complete replacement pump assembly designed for Hydrax 4540–7230 sprayers.
It includes all internal components responsible for pressurizing and delivering coating material, such as the intake and discharge valves, piston packings, cylinder, and sealing elements. These parts work together to maintain proper fluid flow and stable operating pressure.
When the fluid section becomes worn, damaged, or begins to leak, it can result in pressure loss, inconsistent spray performance, or reduced efficiency. Replacing the full assembly restores proper pumping function, pressure stability, and reliable spraying performance.
