Airless sprayer tips by Graco come in many sizes as well as two barrel widths - RAC X tips fit Graco blue guards only, RAC 4 and 5 tips fit the orange guards and most other brands of airless sprayer guards. There are also older style flat tips available.
Graco RAC X SwitchTips
The blue RAC X Switch tips are designed for spraying latex paint in residential, commercial or industrial applications and are original equipment on new Graco Contractor series sprayers. This versatile tip will spray lacquers to mastics and are the highest performing, longest lasting airless spray tips in the industry. With a RAC X Guard they can be used on virtually all modern airless sprayers with a 7/8" threaded gun.

Graco RAC X FFLP Tip
The green Fine Finish Low Pressure tips are made for finish work such as cabinetry, woodwork, metal, designed to be used with lacquers, varnishes, urethanes and other fine-finish materials. The pre-orifice in these tips produce finer atomization which results in a finer finish. Requires RAC X HandTite guard.

Graco WideRAC X SwitchTips
WideRAC tips are for high production and for use in larger sized airless sprayers. Great for new construction, large concrete and block surfaces. Sprays an extra wide 24" fan pattern. Requires RAC X HandTite guard.

Graco RAC 5 SwitchTips
The black RAC 5 tips come in the widest variety of sizes and are the most common as they were standard equipment on Graco sprayers for many years. Sizes for spraying lacquers to mastics and everything in-between. They are the #1 selling airless tip on the market. Fits RAC 5 Guard (aka RAC V) and RAC IV too.

Graco LineLazer RAC 5 SwitchTips
These yellow tips are specifically designed for line stripping machines. Creates clean, laser-sharp lines with no fuzzy edges. Sprays heavy water-based to thin alkyd traffic paints. Fits the orange RAC 5 tip guard.
LL5 and tip size - LL5xxx such as LL5319. Fits RAC 5 Guard (aka RAC V) and RAC IV too.
Graco Heavy Duty RAC SwitchTips
These gray handled heavy-duty tips can be used with virtually all paints and coatings - solvent and water-based. These tips are anchored with a screw in the heavy duty guard, which prevents tip loss. Use where vibration is a factor, situations where tip loss would be a problem such as on bridges. Requires the Heavy Duty RAC Tip Guard.

Graco Contractor Flat Tips
Flat tips were the original airless paint sprayer tips but many still use and prefer them. These tips cost less but are much harder to clean and spray a similar quality fan to RAC V tips. As they are harder to clean they should be used only with clean, strained and filtered materials and may not be appropriate when changing of tips is a nuisance such as on a ladder. When using these you should have several on hand. Fits Flat Tip Guard only.
